Answers for attendees

What are the festival dates and hours?
Riverlight runs Friday and Saturday. Gates open at 2:00 PM and close at 12:30 AM.
Is Riverlight all ages?
All ages are welcome until 7:00 PM. After 7:00 PM, select areas are 21+.
Can I leave and re-enter?
Re-entry is allowed with a wristband scan during the same day.
What can I bring into the venue?
Small bags, sealed water bottles, and empty refillable bottles are allowed. No outside alcohol or weapons.
Is the festival rain or shine?
Yes. The festival continues in most weather, with safety updates posted to our channels.
Do you offer ADA accommodations?
Accessible entrances, viewing areas, and restrooms are available at each stage.
Are lockers available?
Yes, lockers can be reserved during checkout and onsite while supplies last.
Is there a lost and found?
Visit the info booth near the entrance or contact support after the event.
Can I bring a camera?
Personal cameras are welcome; professional gear requires media credentials.
Where are water refill stations?
Free refill stations are located near each stage and in Festival Village.
What ticket types are available?
Friday, Saturday, Weekend, and VIP passes are available while supplies last.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final, but ticket transfers are allowed through your order email.

Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes, transfers are available through the ticket portal up to 24 hours before gates open.
Are fees included in prices?
Displayed prices are before service fees, which appear at checkout.
How do wristbands work?
Wristbands are issued at entry; keep them on for re-entry and access.
What if I lose my wristband?
Visit the box office with your ID and order confirmation for assistance.
Are VIP upgrades available?
VIP upgrades can be added during checkout or at the box office while supplies last.
Where is the festival located?
Riverlight takes place at Riverfront Park in Portland, OR.
Is parking available?
Limited on-site parking is available; off-site lots and rideshare are recommended.

Yes, downtown shuttles run continuously during festival hours.
How do vendors apply?
